How to send a digital impression?

Sunrise welcomes files from any open system. (.stl/.ply export).
Please make sure the margin area and adjacent contact get more accurate scanning data.  

We need a clear margin to avoid trouble cases.  

We are able to support digital dental impression systems including:

Trios(3shape)

(Follow the steps Below please)

l Login to 3Shape Communicate

l Click “Connections”

l Enter“[email protected]” in the search, click “find”

l Select” Sunrise Dental Laboratory Limited

l Click” I Agree” then “Connect

l You can now connect our lab from your Trios Scanner

l Fill out the Trios RX

l Select Sunrise Dental Laboratory Limited from the lab menu and hit” Send”

iTero

(Follow the steps Below please)

l Login to your iTero Account

l Add” Sunrise Dental Laboratory Limited” to your scanner menu

l Next time you log in to the software, our lab will be available to receive the scan data

l Fill out the RX

l Complete your intraoral scan

l Select” Sunrise Dental Laboratory Limited” and send the file

l Login to your Shining 3D Dental Cloud

l Click “Connection”

l Click “+New”,Enter “旭日牙科器材（深圳）有限公司” in the search, click “find”

l Click” I Agree” then “Connect

l Select “旭日牙科器材（深圳）有限公司” from the lab menu and hit” Send”
